About MarTecha:
We're a RevOps and martech consultancy based in Austin, and a certified Salesforce and HubSpot partner.
We work with B2B teams whose growth is bottlenecked at the seam between marketing, sales, and the data underneath both. Active engagements include an agency holdco, a defense and space tech firm, and a roster of growth-stage B2B clients.
Our signature offer is the Funnel Visibility Blueprint - a 30-day diagnostic that maps a client's entire revenue engine, surfaces what's broken, and delivers a 12-month roadmap their team can actually execute. It converts into multi-year retainers and AI-enablement work, and it's the engine that funds everything we're building.

The Role: Head of Delivery
You own client delivery.
This is not a back-office role. You're in the room with CMOs, CROs, and CEOs from day one. You run the discovery calls, you lead the work, you present the findings, and you walk the executive team through the roadmap. The founder is not in every meeting with you because she doesn't need to be.
Our clients are the smartest people in their industry and they want a partner who sees the play, builds the thing, and gets out of their way. They don't want vendor finger-pointing or operators who can only do half the job. They want someone who can pull up the workflow editor and talk to the CRO in the same meeting.
What You’ll Own:
You should be able to walk into a client's environment and confidently lead the following:
▶️ Mailability and data hygiene assessments
▶️ Tech stack and license review
▶️ Lead lifecycle mapping across marketing and sales
▶️ System integration and data pipeline tracing
▶️ Field audits for attribution and reporting accuracy
▶️ MAP-to-CRM architecture recommendations
▶️ Marketing and sales team structure review
▶️ Dashboard design and build in HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot
▶️ AI readiness assessment and roadmap development
▶️ 12-month operational roadmap design and executive presentation
You don't need to be world-class at all of them on day one - but none of these should be unfamiliar territory, and you should know what "good" looks like.
Who You Are:
- Client-facing by nature. You've been the senior person in the room and comfortable and confident in this position. You're able to build trust with executives quickly because you can speak the same language and know how to actually solve their problems. You can talk strategy and pull up the workflow editor in the same meeting.
- 5+ years in RevOps, marketing operations, or revenue consulting - agency or boutique consultancy background strongly preferred.
- Deep, current platform knowledge. You've personally configured Salesforce and at least one major MAP (Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo) in the last 12 months. *SFDC Admin certification preferred.
- You write well and present cleanly. Your readouts are executive-ready before they go to the client.
- Quietly obsessive about clean data and CRM architecture. Attention to detail, data cleanliness, and highest-quality data architecture. You recognize the importance of building data sets in the right way that delivers long-term value and usability.
- Low tolerance for inefficiency. When you see broken pipeline hygiene, lead routing, or a Pardot instance held together by Scotch tape, you don't write an email about it - you fix it.
- Functional with AI tooling (Claude, Agentforce, Breeze) and curious about what happens when proprietary tech like WhisperTrace sits inside a stack.
Why You'd Want This Seat:
The founder built MarTecha to be the kind of place she always wished she worked at, one where good operators get the room, the trust, and the air cover to do their best work.
No one is going to micromanage you. The expectation is that you live up to your ultimate potential, and the environment is built to support exactly that. You'll work with sharp, kind people who take the work seriously and themselves less so. We work hard, we have fun, and we give back to the community we're part of.
A few practical things:
- A real office in downtown Austin with free parking
- Direct line to the founder, no layers in between
- Senior seat with executive exposure from day one
- Revenue share on net new work you originate
- A team that wants you to grow into the next thing, not stay in your lane
